Added last version of CDS Sdk assemblies to support latest Geo

Added possibility to install a plugin update on next XrmToolBox restart (see screenshot)

Added last release date on Plugins list in Plugins Store to help identify what plugins have recent updates

Connection loading screen has been update to see when connecting to a CDS environment

Fixed a bug where the connecting panel shown is not the CDS one when starting a plugin from the Start page
