Improvements

Added a setting to control whereas XrmToolBox should appear on top of other applications when started

Added Application protocol support. That will allow to open XrmToolBox on a specific tool, with specific connection and parameters from a website or an application. Application protocol must be enabled from XrmToolBox settings.

Bug fixes

Fix a bug in Tool Library search bar where caption text is not handled correctly

Known issues

Opening Power Apps maker portal might goes to default environment instead of connected environment. The issue comes from Connection controls and will be fixed in a future release of these controls
